Leopard Steals Gorilla’s Baby
Deep in the misty jungles of the Congo, a peaceful troop of gorillas rested under the thick canopy. The silverback, strong and watchful, kept an eye on his family as the young ones played nearby. Among them was a tiny baby gorilla, barely a few months old, clinging to his mother’s chest. But hidden high in the trees above, a leopard silently observed, its golden eyes fixed on the infant.
The leopard, a master of stealth, crept closer branch by branch. With incredible speed, it leapt down and snatched the baby from its mother’s grasp. The forest erupted in screams — the mother cried out in panic, and the silverback charged forward with fury, pounding his chest and roaring loud enough to shake the leaves.
The leopard darted through the treetops, its powerful muscles carrying it swiftly away. But the gorillas did not give up. The mother and the silverback pursued it, their determination echoing through the forest. After a tense chase, the leopard, overwhelmed by their rage, dropped the baby and disappeared into the shadows.
The mother clutched her little one tightly, trembling with relief. Though shaken, the baby was alive — safe once more under the protection of its family and the watchful silverback.
