Elephants Rescued by Helicopter
In a remote African reserve, a family of elephants found themselves trapped after heavy rains flooded the valley. The rising water cut off their escape routes, leaving them stranded on a small patch of dry ground. Rangers quickly realized that traditional rescue methods would not work—the terrain was too dangerous for trucks, and boats risked capsizing under the weight of the elephants.
